Notice on Switching Virtualization Technology (from OpenVZ to KVM)

Dear Valued Customers,
In order to provide a more efficient and stable virtualization environment, we have decided to switch our current OpenVZ virtualization technology to KVM (Kernel-based Virtual Machine). The transition will begin on March 1, 2021, and complete by March 15, 2021.

During the transition, you will need to follow these steps:

  • Backup Data: Please ensure that all your important data is backed up before the transition.
  • Contact Support: After backing up your data, please reach out to our support team to request the virtualization technology switch.
  • Pricing and IP: The price of your service will remain unchanged, and your IP address will stay the same after the switch to KVM.

Please note that after March 15, 2021, we will stop offering OpenVZ nodes, and all new virtual machines will be running on KVM technology. If you have not completed the transition by this date, your OpenVZ service will be suspended or terminated.

We recommend completing your data backup and contacting us as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience. Should you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact our support team.
